Michelle's Travel 9the company I work for) had a Christmas Party for all the kids. Fun was had by all!!!!

And the winner is...............

I entered Rafael into a baby competition and the photographer asked if I wanted to enter Tiago in the 4 - 6 year children's category. I had nothing to loose so I did and Tiago won first place.

This is not the first, Tiago won a baby competition when he was 11 months old.

The school year is over.

Wow a whole year has gone by, I can remember posting the photos of Tiago's first day at school. Well that's 1 year down, 13 more years to go.......... Tiago loved his first year in the Zebra class. Next year he will be in the Elephant class.

Halloween

Big brother, Little brother

Tiago and Rafael are developing such a strong bond. Tiago will be the first to check on Rafael when he is crying and I can already see that Rafael looks up to his big brother, I do think the height difference plays a big role in that.......

Pirate day at school

Tiago had pirate dress up day at school, I took the easy way out and bought the accessories instead and making them as we were encouraged to do.

Saturday, on our way to a birthday party we stopped at the Mall to buy a present and well we ended up in the emergency room. Tiago was running and slipped and hit his forehead on the steps. He has a cut above his left eyebrow with 7 external stitches and a couple internal. He handled the pain well until they brought out the injection and did the stitching! The worst for me was when we were on our way to the clinic and Tiago turned to me and said " Mommy, am I dieing.....". I am not looking forward to tomorrow when we go to take the stitches out.

We spent some time on Sunday afternoon in our park - which is next door to where we stay.


Its a very big park - has many jungle gyms and it even has a big duck pond with ducks, geese, koi fish and swans. Built around the pond is a lapa where all the residents in our village can use as a venue facility for parties and other functions.

This is when you see how your kids are growing !
